What you share with us
When you request an estimate, we collect the contact details and service selections you submit. You may also provide your project location, approximate floor area, notes and photos. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your flooring enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details to respond, discuss your project, arrange a visit and prepare or manage the requested work. Any optional marketing choices are separate from your request.
Where it goes
Our request form is provided by Jobber. Your submission and any uploaded photos go to our Jobber account, where we manage enquiries and client work. Jobber and our communications providers process information needed to deliver these services. This may involve processing outside Canada. We do not sell enquiry information.
Website operation
The embedded form loads content from Jobber and its content delivery provider. These providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the form. Our website hosting provider also processes technical logs. If you prefer, you can contact us directly by email or phone.
Website statistics
Our website keeps simple daily totals of page views and clicks on estimate, phone, email and request-form links. These totals are grouped by page, action and broad referral category. This counter does not use analytics cookies, persistent visitor identifiers or fingerprinting, and its stored totals do not contain IP addresses, full referring URLs, contact details or form contents. Counts represent page views and clicks, not unique people or completed enquiries.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we also load Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, project engagement and enquiry-link clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and technical device and browsing information to produce reports. Google may process this information outside Canada. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in our website tag, and our tracking code does not send your form answers or contact details to Google.
Google Analytics is not loaded by our website until you allow it. Choose “No thanks” to keep optional analytics off, or use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. We remember your choice in this browser. Declining also stops our website counter on subsequent activity. Our website analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can use the website and submit an enquiry regardless of your analytics choice.
Our website tracking sends only recognized page paths and limited campaign labels, rather than arbitrary URL parameters. Website clicks do not confirm a submitted enquiry. The Jobber form is supplied by a separate provider; its technical operation and any tracking configured within Jobber are managed separately. Your choice here controls our website analytics and does not change Jobber’s own privacy settings.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to respond to enquiries, manage project work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction or request deletion by contacting Jovan. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or other applicable obligations.
