Solid or engineered hardwood, including glue down installation, must suit the product and substrate.

Common questions.
Can you supply the hardwood as well as install it?
Yes. We can help you select and supply suitable hardwood as part of your installation project. Your quote will set out the materials, preparation and installation included. If you already have flooring in mind, send us the product details.
Can you install flooring I have already purchased?
Tell us the product name and send the installation instructions if you have them. We will review the material and site conditions before confirming the scope.
Do I need exact measurements to request a visit?
No. An approximate area and a list of the rooms are enough to start. Measurements and preparation needs can be discussed during the site assessment.
Can the floor continue onto my stairs?
Often the stairs can be planned as part of the same project. The material, stair construction and finishing details need to be assessed together.
Can you repair an existing hardwood floor?
Yes. Send photos of the damage and any details about the flooring. We can assess repair options, material availability and how the repaired area may blend with the surrounding floor before arranging a visit.
